Land and geospatial surveying
Pole Surveying
High-level inspection by pole camera, without the cost and hassle of scaffolding. We reach roofs, gutters and high facades from the ground and show you exactly what is up there.
The survey
Inspection From The Ground Up
A pole survey uses a high-reach camera on an extending mast to inspect high-level areas safely from ground level. You see live footage and stills of parts of the building you could not otherwise get to.
It is the quick, safe way to check a roof, gutter, chimney or high elevation without putting anyone up a ladder or hiring access equipment. We capture clear images and video, so you get a proper look at the condition without the cost of scaffolding or a cherry picker.
What we inspect
What We Can Reach
The high-level areas that are hard or unsafe to get to any other way.
- Roofs, ridges and flashings
- Gutters, fascias and soffits
- Chimneys and high brickwork
- High-level render and cladding
- Rooflights and parapets
- Anywhere hard to reach safely
Safer and cheaper
No Scaffolding, No Risk
The old way meant scaffolding, ladders or a cherry picker, all of which cost money and put people at height. A pole survey removes all of that.
You get the inspection done in a single visit, from the safety of the ground, for a fraction of the cost of access equipment. Nobody works at height, nothing needs hiring in and you still get clear evidence of the condition up top. It is faster, safer and cheaper.
