That depends on the site and the notice. For planned holiday cover we arrange it in advance. For emergency absence, tell us and we will move as fast as we can.
Short-term or long-term?
Both. We cover a week of annual leave, a spell of sickness or a longer gap across a whole programme. You tell us the dates and we fit around them.
Will your manager know our site?
We take a proper handover before we start, so we understand where the site is and what needs watching. That is what keeps continuity intact.
Do you cover CDM duties too?
Yes. Our cover managers can pick up CDM site management duties as well, so nothing lapses while your manager is away.
